A 5-Star School For Sure

"My son has had a wonderful experience at this school. He gets upset if he doesn't go to school. He loves Ms Karina and Ms Jules. When I asked him why he loves his teacher he said "Ms Karina teaches us, she plays with us, she helps us with our lunches, she hugs me, and rubs my back to help me go to sleep at nap time. I love when she reads to us, and when she helps us do special projects". We couldn't be happier with our choice. I must also give a big shout out to Ms. Laurie! She is so helpful and kind and understanding to us working parents. A 5 star school for sure. Thank you all for taking such great care of my little boy."

Amazing

"Miss Cynthia is such an amazing teacher! She always greets us with a friendly smile. She plans fun and developmentally appropriate activities for the infant room and we can always count on her to give us honest feedback about our child's day. Greatstart follows our son's daily routine that we have set at home to keep consistency and respects our wishes as his parents. They not only take great care of our son, they love him, and it shows when he reaches out for the teachers and doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! It makes it so much easier to leave each morning, knowing our son is happy and loved. The 2:1 ratio in the infant room can't be beat! Other daycare centers we visited always had a child crying and it's just not possible to attend to 4 crying babies at once! Any time I walk into Greatstart, every child is being patiently and lovingly attended to and that is what made this center stand out to us. The teachers care about all of the kids, regardless of the class they are in. They seem genuinely happy to work here and that makes for a positive experience for the children. From day one, Miss Cynthia and all of the staff at Greatstart have made us feel comfortable leaving our sweet little boy and we can't thank them enough. Although it is hard to pick a favorite teacher because they are all truly fantastic, we would like to thank Miss Cynthia for her hard work, fun-loving attitude, and dedication to the children at Greatstart. It wouldn't be the same without her!"

Peace of Mind While At Work

"We have had our child in Greatstart (Denville Location) for a little over 6 months now and have been nothing but happy with it. We looked at several center based daycares in the area prior to deciding on Greatstart but at the end of the day Greatstart provides the most calm, nurturing, encouraging environment possible. The other daycares appeared as wild animal zoos in comparison. In addition, a big deciding factor for us was the teacher/student ratio in the Infant classroom which is 2 to 1 at Greatstart vs. 4 to 1 at all other daycare centers. Our child loves her teachers and they genuinely care about her well-being which gives us, as parents, a huge peace of mind while we are away at work during the day. It's hard to pick one favorite teacher because they are all fantastic but Miss Cynthia stands out as someone that my child holds her arms out to when she sees her, which I think says it all."

If You Know What I Know

"My daughter has had positive interactions with all the teachers at Greatstart, and mentions Miss Karina the most. She engages her while teaching her, and makes learning fun. Karina always has something nice to say about my child as well, and it is reassuring to know my child is enjoying school at such a young age. I chose Greatstart over other schools because I felt that we would be treated as individuals, not just a number. While the school has a strong learning aspect, they have a warm environment that is much more comfortable than other schools I have seen. I can always see the teacher engaged with their students, and yet they still make sure to give a detailed report to me each day with what my child has learned that day. It makes for great conversation at home, and helps me build upon that at home as well. That is why I recommend this school- I always feel that if other parents knew what I know about it, they would sign their children up for it right away!"
